Our Service
NightPaw provides AI-generated gothic artwork of your pet, printed on apparel. Each design is unique and generated based on the photo you provide and the theme you select. Designs are generated by AI and results may vary.
Your Content
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant NightPaw a limited license to process the image for design generation. You represent that you have the right to use any photo you upload and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.
Generated Designs
Designs generated by our AI are created for your personal use. You receive a non-exclusive license to use your purchased design on the product ordered. Mass reproduction or resale of designs is not permitted.
Orders & Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner. Shipping times and availability may vary. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. All sales are final once production has begun due to the custom nature of each product.
Limitations
NightPaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific artistic results from AI generation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NightPaw after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
