When you use NightPaw, we collect information necessary to provide our service: your email address (for order notifications), pet photos you upload, and shipping details when you place an order. Payment information is processed securely by Shopify and is never stored on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

• Generate AI artwork based on your uploaded pet photos
• Process and fulfill your orders
• Send order confirmations and shipping updates
• Improve our AI generation quality and user experience

Your Pet Photos

Photos you upload are stored securely and used solely to generate your designs. Design sessions expire after 30 days, after which uploaded photos and generated designs are automatically deleted. We do not use your photos to train AI models or share them with third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate NightPaw:

• Shopify — payment processing and checkout
• Printful — order fulfillment and shipping
• Cloudflare — image storage and content delivery
• Replicate — AI image generation

Each provider has their own privacy policy governing data they process on our behalf.

Data Retention

Design sessions and associated images are retained for 30 days. Order records are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill your order and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
